A fit for purpose business strategy provides your business with concise answers to what it entails to thrive as a business in the 21st century. Great understanding of sustainability is a prerequisite for such a strategy. SIGLA can help you understand and embed sustainability into your core business, aligning goals and visions. The result will be a description of your business as 100% sustainable, clear prioritisation of areas for development, an action plan and concrete targets to help measure and monitor progress in day-to-day business. With our extensive experience from a variety of businesses and academic backgrounds, many years of sustainability project experience coupled with a wide set of proven methodologies, SIGLA enables you to reduce risks, realise business opportunities and build a robust and future-proof business strategy.
Much can be done to improve the sustainability performance within your current business model. Examples include energy efficiency initiatives, products development and new partnerships. Our experience indicates however that larger gains require more radical innovation. Could your business become a net producer of energy? What would a fully circular business model look like? How can your business benefit from digitalization and swapping physical products for virtual services? And which business models work in emerging markets with limited purchasing power? We can help you assess such challenges and especially opportunities, drawing on our extensive experience from different markets and industries, so that you can make informed choices on how to strengthen and diversify your business.
Whether your organisation has extensive or limited sustainability experience, you and your colleagues can all benefit from enhanced level of competence. Together, we develop tailor-made solutions that meet the requirements of your organisation. The deliverables range from module based competence building programs that can last for longer time periods, to kick-offs and stand-alone seminars. We make sure your employees are confident and ready to turn sustainability into business opportunities in their day-to-day work.
Are you facing other sustainability challenges that you need help solving? Do you need assistance on themes or areas that are not covered above? Please do not hesitate to get in contact with us, so that we can help you assess whether we are fit for the job or whether we can direct you to others. Please also get in contact if you want to discuss business ideas or want to present your disruptive new solution to a sustainability risk or opportunity. Maybe we can invest in you and your idea, or we can help you connect with relevant investors? . We are always looking for new knowledge and ideas to support.
