SIGLA consists of six highly motivated sustainability professionals with a combined experience of more than 50 years working in renewable energy start-up companies (Scatec Solar), renowned consultancies (McKinsey & Co), internationally recognised academic institutions (Oxford, Cambridge, CERN, Kjeller Innovasjon, University of Copenhagen), industry leading asset management institutions (KLP, The Ethics Council of the Government Pension Fund of Norway, BMO Asset Management), environmental organizations (ZERO, WWF), and public institutions such as the Research Council of Norway.
Ylva holds a degree from Oxford and has more than 20 years of working experience from the private sector. She is a senior associate at University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, a member of the corporate assembly at Hydro, a board member at CentraGruppen as well as member of the Election Committee at the Norwegian Refugee Council.

Anne Jorun holds a Ph.D. in nuclear chemistry and has extensive business experience from McKinsey and several positions within the Scatec system. She chairs the board at ENERGIX and is a member of the board at Kjeller Innovasjon og Energi 21.

Signe has studied economics with emphasis on energy- and resource economics. Her work experience includes private sector project development and investments in emerging markets with the consultancy Commons Consultants, and positions in both the Finance and Foreign Affairs ministries and the Employers’ Association for the Financial Sector in Denmark.

Kristian has 12 years of experience as a professional athlete, and has represented Norway in three Olympic games as a sailor. He also has experience from coaching other athletes. Kristian is educated in materials, energy and nanotechnology from the NTNU and UiO.

Simen has master degrees in political science and European governance, with specialisation in political economy. He is especially interested in sustainable finance and green bonds. Simen has worked several years with environmental NGOs, and worked with the Climate Bonds Initiative before joining SIGLA.

Bastian has studied economics and history, and wrote his Master thesis on Norwegian monetary policy. He has experience from the Norwegian NGO-sector, working as communications advisor and project manager within the fields of renewable energy and finance at the NGO ZERO before joining SIGLA.
